1. Services
Marketers Area provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, web development, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements.2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Respond to requests for approvals, content, or feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights
- Maintain account credentials and access securely
- Make payments according to agreed terms
3. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in individual proposals or contracts
- For ongoing services, invoices are typically issued monthly
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
- Ad spend budgets are separate from service fees and are paid directly to advertising platforms or as specified
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them, including website designs, content, and marketing materials. Marketers Area retains the right to use work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed. Any pre-existing materials, frameworks, or tools remain the property of Marketers Area.5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, analytics, and any information marked as confidential.6. Limitation of Liability
Marketers Area provides services in good faith but cannot guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates, as these depend on many external factors. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.7. Termination
- Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice
- Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed
- Client data and deliverables will be provided upon request and final payment
- We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
